Prune Tea

This Prune Tea combines the natural sweetness of dried prunes with the refreshing taste of lemon and tea. It’s a perfect drink to cool you down on a hot day, while also giving a gentle fruity flavor that’s both soothing and energizing.

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 50 g dried prunes
  • 1 tea bag
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Ice cubes as needed

Instructions

How to Make:

  • Boil dried prunes in 300 ml of water for about 5–7 minutes until slightly soft.
  • Add the tea bag and let it steep for 3–5 minutes.
  • Strain the tea, then add sugar and stir until dissolved.
  • Squeeze in fresh lemon juice to taste.
  • Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes.
  • Add a few prune slices as garnish if desired. Serve chilled.
