- Butter: 135 g
- Dark chocolate: 200 g

- Eggs: 2
- Sugar: 100 g
- All-purpose flour: 100 g
- Baking powder: 5 g
- Milk powder: 20 g
- Cocoa powder: 20 g
- Cornstarch: 15 g
- Prunes (chopped): 50 g
- Water: 20 g
- Chopped walnuts: 50 g
Topping
- Prunes: 50 g
- Walnuts: 20 g
Instructions
Method
- Melt Ingredient A (butter and dark chocolate) using the au bain-marie method until smooth.
- Beat the eggs and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
- Add all dry ingredients into the mixture and mix until well combined.
- Pour in the melted chocolate mixture and mix until evenly incorporated.
- Transfer the batter into a 20 x 20 cm baking pan.
- Add prunes and walnuts as topping according to preference.
- Bake at 190°C for approximately 30 minutes.
